Clinique de Toga

When you arrive, reception staff will set up your administrative file. You will be asked to designate a "contact person" who will be different from the people to be contacted in the event of problems.

The nursing staff will then talk to you and you will be fitted with an identification bracelet.
This identity-vigilance procedure is imperative in order to eliminate any risk of confusion or error concerning you.

Your identity will be checked regularly during treatment.

We strongly recommend that you wear this bracelet, as it will help to ensure your safe care.

You will also be given the welcome booklet, which we invite you to consult, as well as a satisfaction questionnaire, which we recommend you fill in to help us improve our practices.

NB: You can choose not to disclose your presence by informing the admissions staff or the nursing staff when you arrive or during your stay.
