Clinique de Toga

A multidisciplinary team at your service

The Clinique de Toga is made up of a number of different teams with specific, complementary roles.

  • The medical team

  • The clinic's doctors

They are present on a daily basis and can be contacted 24 hours a day should your state of health require it. The doctors have an office in their respective departments (1st floor SSR / 2nd floor medicine department).
The doctors make daily visits.
Thursdays are dedicated to coordination meetings between all care service providers, except in special cases.

  • The coordinating doctor

The coordinating doctor issues a medical opinion in consultation with the attending physician on your treatment plan when you are admitted to and discharged from the clinic. He coordinates care and regularly assesses your state of health.

  • The pharmacist

The pharmacist organises and manages the supply of medicines.

  • External consultants work in the clinic.

  • The care team

- The care managers

They are responsible for organising and coordinating care, admissions and equipment management. Their offices are located in each department.

- Nurses
They provide care on medical prescription and within the framework of their own role. They constantly monitor patients' state of health. Each floor has a treatment room.

- Care assistants
They help you with everyday tasks (washing, meals) and take part in nursing procedures.

  • The paramedical team

- The social worker
Available to you and your family on Thursdays, she will help you with any administrative problems and prepare for your return home. Her office is on the ground floor.

- Physiotherapists
On medical prescription, they carry out physiotherapy in the room (located on the ground floor corridor to the left of the lift exit) or in your room if your condition does not allow you to go down to the room.

- Psychologists
The Clinique de Toga provides you with two psychologists for the establishment's two departments. In collaboration with the doctors, they offer psychological support and a listening ear for you and your family.
Regular meetings can be scheduled to alleviate the psychological suffering associated with the disease, the treatments and the resulting side-effects.

- The sophrologist
This health professional will help you to develop a high quality of awareness, listen to your body and breathing and manage your emotions in the face of life's events.

  • Catering and dietetics service (on-site cooking)

- The dietician
Dieticians are health professionals with expertise in nutrition and diet. They work alongside other health professionals (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.). They contribute their scientific and technical skills, provide nutritional advice and, on medical prescription, set up and monitor individualised dietetic care with optimum nutritional education.

- Kitchen staff
Responsible for preparing meals, they work in compliance with current hygiene standards. The composition of menus and diets is assessed by a dietician.

  • The administrative team

They are responsible for the switchboard, reception, managing patients' telephone lines and are available to answer any administrative questions you may have.

  • The technical team

A maintenance worker is responsible for the upkeep of the premises, facilities and green areas.

  • The hotel team

This team is responsible for meal distribution, room maintenance and cleaning throughout the clinic.

All these professionals are actively involved in an annual programme to improve the quality of care, with the support of a quality manager.
