Quality and certification

In order to guarantee the quality of its patient care and the safety of its services, the Clinique de Toga is committed to improving its services.

The aim of this quality approach is to place the patient at the centre of the concerns of all professionals and to ensure the coordination of care. It also aims to improve the quality and safety of the care provided by implementing a continuous quality improvement process, assessing professional practices and managing risks.

The continuous improvement approach to quality and safety of care is assessed every four years by the French National Authority for Health (HAS).

The results of the national quality indicators are available at the establishment's reception desk and on the Scope Santé website.
Inter-authority meetings are held every three months to propose actions for improvement by theme (e.g. pain, medication, infections, quality, etc.).
